Ton bags are suitable for all industries, including chemical raw materials, pharmaceutical raw materials, plastic raw materials, food additives, feed additives, metallurgical powders, ore powders, and refractory materials.

FIBCs are made primarily of polypropylene, with a small amount of stabilizing agents added and mixed evenly. The mixture is then melt-extruded into a plastic film using an extruder, cut into filaments, stretched, and heat-set to produce high-strength, low-elongation PP filaments. These filaments are then woven and laminated to create a woven plastic base fabric, which is then sewn together with straps and other accessories to form the FIBC.

First, the raw material is a crucial factor affecting woven bag quality. Woven bags are made from polypropylene granules, which are divided into virgin and recycled materials. Products made from virgin materials are generally more expensive, have a transparent and shiny appearance, very strong tensile strength, and a smooth feel. Products made from this material are generally of higher quality. Products made from recycled materials are generally cheaper and of lower quality, with a duller appearance and weaker tensile strength. Products made from recycled materials are generally unsuitable for packaging powdery or high-quality items.

Second, the circular loom is a decisive factor affecting woven bag quality. Once in the production stage, the circular loom becomes the deciding factor in woven bag quality. The number of cutters on the circular loom directly affects whether the woven bag density meets the requirements for usability. Too low a density results in substandard products, while too high a density leads to material waste and increased costs.

We all know that ton bags are flexible transport packaging containers. They have advantages such as moisture-proof, dust-proof, radiation-resistant, and sturdy safety, and their structure has sufficient strength. Therefore, the strength of the ton bag is also a matter we need to pay attention to during loading, unloading, and transportation operations.

1. Do not pull the lifting straps outwards in the opposite direction.

2. Do not stack the ton bags at an angle to prevent them from accidentally tipping over.

3. Do not drag the ton bags on the ground or concrete.

4. Do not stand under the ton bags during lifting operations.

5. Keep the ton bags upright during loading, unloading, and stacking.

6. Do not allow the ton bags to rub against, snag, or collide with other objects during operations.

7. After use, wrap the ton bags with packaging cloth or opaque tarpaulin and store them in a dark, well-ventilated place.

8. When using a forklift to handle FIBCs, do not allow the forks to touch or puncture the bag to prevent damage.

9. When handling FIBCs in the workshop, use pallets whenever possible to avoid hooking the bags on the hook and moving them while they are swaying.

10. Hook the bag in the center of the lifting straps or ropes. Do not lift, pull, or drag the bag at an angle.

11. If outdoor storage is unavoidable, place the FIBCs on shelves and be sure to cover them tightly with an opaque tarpaulin to prevent accelerated aging.
